CCI is pleased to announce that it has signed its first international contract! The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) of Ontario, Canada recently selected CCI to provide a platform for its commercial assessment needs. CCI’s Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system, RealWare, will support the valuation and maintenance of approximately 275,000 business properties with an assessed value of $408 billion.
The bid was awarded to CCI following a competitive process that included response to a formal Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), on-site demonstrations and a three-week proof of concept period.
